Shipping policy

Paty Furniture currently offers local delivery within eligible ZIP codes and service areas in Washington. A minimum merchandise purchase of $250 is required for delivery. Delivery availability and the applicable fee are determined by the destination ZIP code and shown at checkout.

Full-service delivery includes transportation to the delivery address, assembly and setup of eligible furniture, and removal of boxes and packaging. It does not include removal of existing furniture, wall mounting, electrical or plumbing work, or other installation services.

After an order is placed, our team will contact the customer to confirm product availability and arrange delivery. Delivery dates depend on product availability, supplier timing, delivery routes, weather, and property access. Customers must provide a clear and safe delivery path and disclose stairs, elevators, restricted entrances, or other access requirements.

Store pickup is available for eligible products. Please wait until the store confirms that the order is ready before traveling to the pickup location.
